About the winemaker

A former environmental engineer, Nicolas Petite took over 1.8 hectares of Chenin on the hillsides of Saint-Aubin de Luigné in 2019. No electricity in the winery, no tractor in the vines... everything is done manually, naturally and it shows in his pure wines! Some aging in barrels to bring richness to certain vintages and this chalky structure that we find in all his wines. A very promising winemaker!
